Technical Experience : A Maintain and user support of IBM IIS on-prem solution o Investigation, debugging and root cause analysis of jobs B Main stakeholders: developers, operational teams across tribes C Queries: production backup, query incidents, manage PMR tickets IBM D Be point-of-contact for incident management E Join in on on-call group currently 2 people in on-call group
