Project Role :Data Centre Operator
Project Role Description :Manage day-to-day activities of a data center, including physical and security checks, physical tape/media management, assistance with physical vendor intervention (e.g. replacement of a part), act as “remote hands” for the administrator.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Resource need to have exprience in managing Printing Services 2 Printing vendor coordination to troubleshoot issues 3 Expertise on Hardware delivery report and budget allocation for Managed printing 4 Identifying requirements to procure more printers and work with vendor to get them implemented and running 5 Work on Service request record any issue and resolve within SLA 6 Should be able to help create PO and coordinating to get the invoices cleared against the services delivered.

Technical Experience : 1 resource should be have knowledge on Printer Management- 2 Knowledge on Vendor Management 3 troubleshooting Printing issue and ability to recommend new printers

Professional Attributes : Good communication skills written and verbal

Educational Qualification : B tech or any other graduate

Additional Information : Working location is client office – Kaushambi/Ghaziabad
