Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Should have good experience in Microsoft IIS 6x, 7x and 8x Administration on Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 environment should handle all the aspects of IIS administration tasks such as day-to-day site monitoring and maintenance, Installation, Configuration, Deploying Applications, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning and maintenance Should have experience in installing IIS and Microsoft NET framework and registered NET framework with IIS Should be good in IIS web sites, Application pools, Virtual

Technical Experience : Good understanding on working of IIS services like IIS admin service and W3SVC Worked with IIS authentications anonymous, basic, digest and integral windows etc Good understanding of SSL implementation on IIS Should have good experience in Debug Diagnostic tool and used this tool in troubleshooting of IIS hangs and crash Generated IIS hang dumps and crash dumps Good experience in analyzing IIS event viewer logssystem, application logs Good experience Manual deployment and also using the Depl
