Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide L2/L3 support on Linux RHEL SUSE servers hosted on AWS infrastructure 2 Suse Pacemaker cluster configuration and management 3 Suse Linux Admin with Suse Pacemaker Clusters and Azure IaaS skills 4 Suse Linux Admin with Suse Pacemaker Clusters with cloud skills 5 Installation, Configuration and administration of SLES 12 for SAP Applications and RHEL servers 6 Cluster configuration, management and troubleshooting 7 Performance tuning and storage optimization
Technical Experience : 1 Experience in operating system level troubleshooting, resolving system boot issues, Kernel bugs and server log analysis 2 Experience in regular operating system Patching and vulnerability remediations 3 Experience in Linux System hardening and Non-Compliance remediation 4 Clustering knowledge on Linux / SUSE GPFS or HA configuration Knowledge of SAP HANA appliances is added advantage 5 Hands on Experience in Samba, CIFS, LDAP, PAM, SSSD, user authentication using username/password pair
Professional Attributes : 1 Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through a problem 2 Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution 3 Ability to work in shift pattern and provide out of hours On-Call support collaborate with other team member
