Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : a Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration OS, databases, virtual networks, execution of scripting and monitoring automations b Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration c Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents / requests
Technical Experience : a Utilize a problem management tool to track open tickets and follow up to resolution and closure b Correct reported problems with software and communication interfaces under his/her responsibility
Professional Attributes : a Work individually with the client and communicate 1:1 b Co-ordinate the team members if any and mentor junior resources c Must be a team player and capable of taking a very disciplined and process approach
