Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Proactive to identify high impacting issues and initiate calls with correct stakeholders 2 Engage vendors for the required issues during major incident calls or while troubleshooting the issues 3 Prioritizing the issues and troubleshoot or escalate accurately Reaching out to users to understand the issue if needed 4 Follow the knowledge articles and assist to fix the issues at the earliest

Technical Experience : 1 Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and WSUS in a multi-site, enterprise environment 2 Experience in systems engineering/administration 3 Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 4 Experience is must MS Windows: Windows Servers 2012 to 2019
