Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Creating daily health check report, performance tuning monitoring, security management 2 Responsible for infrastructure Support and projects including system design,planning,installations,configurations,upgrades, and planning Work with global team to ensure a smooth project deployment 3 Perform the data restores using storage level snapshots File system, VM level, and database, Vendor co-ordination 4 Performing Scheduled Backups and On-Demand Backup requests 5 Backup Management Backups

Technical Experience : 1 Experience in managing and configuring various file systems through network using NAS,SAN methodologies and installed RAID devices and identifying and analyzing technical issues and trouble shooting them 2 Experience in Firmware Upgrade and Zoning on Switches and Storage Technologies like iSCSI,FC,RAID and Storage Virtualization 3 Expertise in allocating storage 4 Execute a proof of concept with Netapp Cloud Volumes Ontap 5 Explore the Cohesity Cloud Archive features
