Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain Rubrik storage and backup solutions, SAN devices and Fiber switches 2 Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes 3 Supporting backup and recovery systems and applications configured with Rubrik Briks 4 Support on storage operations day to day activities in production systems including

Technical Experience : 1 Good experience in Rubrik backup administration involving high-end storage devices – Rubrik Brik R6412s/R6416s at On-premise setups 2 Knowledge and hands-on experience of NetApp Mode and Cluster mode and EMC/IBM 3 Mandatory knowledge and Hands-on NetApp Storage allocation/de-allocation/Ports /igroup /Mapping 4 Hardware troubleshooting understating on NetApp 7-Mode and Cluster Mode 5 Experience in IBM Storage arrays, DS4K,DS8K,SVC IBM V7000 Hand on experience on creation of arrays, ranks
