Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 NetBackup Client server Installation and ensuring the connectivity between the Master-Media-Client 2 Troubleshooting Backups and Restores 3 Provide Tier 12 support, for our clients, across different platforms Windows, Linux that run in our backup environment, which entails troubleshooting backup and installation issues encountered, and being able to efficiently resolve these issues in a timely manner 4 Working with SD and SA system deployment/admin to resolve communication issues on system

Technical Experience : 1 More than 8years experience on the following skills – Netbackup and EMC data domain and Linux Operating System 2 Good Knowledge on EMC storage and Troubleshooting 3 Configuration and Implementation on EMC storage arrays 4 Performance Analysis on stoarge arrays , volume manager concepts 5 Experience in EMC Vmax and Brocade fibre channel on SAN 6 Troubleshooting on various problems based on the Error Codes during backups and restore enable logging and work with Symantec if required

Professional Attributes : 1 Willingness to work across shifts – 1:30 am to 7:30 pm 2 Good communication skills to interact with US clients

Educational Qualification : BE,Btech Preferred BCA,MCA

Additional Information : Configuring policies for automatic, user backups and user archive backups
