Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide global production support for the restore specialist in distributed infrastructure while on shift 2 Address incidents and user requests within a timely manner 3 Resolve problem tickets allocated to team on central management tools eg SNOW 4 Implement requests for service as generated in manual and automated ticketing systems eg Remedy, SNOW, etc 5 Regular verbal and written communication with business partners and other support teams to clarify details of incidents
Technical Experience : 1 Backup and Restore using NetBackup Technology 2 Hands on Experience of Backup Restore jobs and troubleshooting failures 3 Understanding of Tape Backup and disk backup, Tape libraries, inventory 4 NetApp snapshot restore – Basics of NAS storage Filer, Volume, qtree NFS, NTFS, CIFS , Azure Blob, AWS S3 5 Snapshot restores of NFSUnix and CIFS Wintel qtree data 6 emergency space addition to NAS qtree/volume
