Key Responsibilities : a Microfocus Tools deployment, integration with other tools, administration, configuration troubleshooting b Deploy, Configure, Microfocus for agent connection c Integration of 3rd party element managers with Microfocus with APIs d Maintaining and Configuring Rules File and Managing Alerts etc e Configure new custom based dashboards and reports for business-critical applications f Automation mindset and enabling enhanced features

Technical Experience : a Installation of Monitoring Tools and Databases b Integration and Automation of Tools c Support agents and monitoring servers issue and BAU d Topology Based Event Correlation Stream Based Event Correlation

Professional Attributes : Good understanding of ITIL framework Flexible to work in 24×7 environment Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance Team player who also works well independently self-motivated Work on the service improvement programs

Educational Qualification : Bachelor degree or 3 year diploma and 15 years of full time education
