Job description:
Support Workday Onboarding
Issue resolution/Bug-fixing (example: if Onboarding tasks are not visible for an MU, this role helps to identify the issue and test)
Testing of the new requirements/change requests
Aligned to Workday Onboarding process & support clarifications required by MU contacts
Special Projects; Examples are:
Support the creation of onboarding process
Track and quantify new joiner social media posts
Review and create proposed learning track for hiring managers
Review Info Security Process during employee separation and identify opportunities for improvement
Manages semi-weekly global onboarding team call (assigns call owners, scheduling, etc)
Future Opportunities for this role:
Continued support for Workday Onboarding (issue resolution/bug-fixing)
NJX MU delivery support
Support India Workday Onboarding ‘go live’ in FY24
Support future enhancements for Workday, Countdown to Accenture, and Year One at Accenture
Support deployment of prejoiner support model (“Career Launch”) across the globe
Support & testing with the Payment Elections step in Workday
