Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : a: Understand client requirements and translate into delivery b: Planning, scheduling, execution of support activities C: Assists with the creation of effective remediation solutions and/or exception documentation where applicable f: Identify Risks formulate corresponding to basis area
Technical Experience : a: Able to work on following Platforms AIX/HP-UX/Solaris/Linux/Windows At least two Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, SAP DB, HANA At least one b: Have worked on SAP ECC, BI, PI, SCM, CRM, SRM and Netweaver products Any three c: Understanding of OS, Network and Storage architecture d: Have hands-on experience on SAP installations, System Upgrade and SAP System copy procedures e: Have deep Problem Solving skills, with proven ability to analyze root causes and resolution for complex issues
Professional Attributes : a: 4 – 7 years of experience in SAP Basis b: Experience in SAP Implementation, Upgrade, Migration Run Support c: Good Communication Written/Oral Interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
Additional Information : Candidate should be ready to work support the team in shifts Morning, Night, Afternoon
