Project Role Description :Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

Key Responsibilities : a-HR data integration from Legacy system to S4 b-Personnel Administration and Time Management CATS modules c-Configuration of HR Mini Master Pa, PSA, employee group and subgroup configuration, holiday calendar creation, work schedule creation d-Timesheet configuration and maintenance e-IDoC monitoring f-Error handling Time sheet , HR data transfer g-User administration activities h-User data Import / export administration
Technical Experience : a-Maintaining Functional specification documents b-Time transfer to Cost accounting c-Enhancements handling Requirement gathering, creation, Testing, UAT and production deployment
Professional Attributes : a-Strong written and verbal communication skills b-Strong analytical skills c-Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal external stakeholders across geographies d-Ability to manage client expectations, foresee risks and develop leaders within the team e- Ability to work in a team
