Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage Server Management team for Service requests 2 Administer efficient work of servers and system and provide support to everyday operations 3 Analyze system for failure and assist to restore files with help of operating system 4 Supervise efficient application of various OS patches and security controls 5 Manage and monitor system plans and supervise all activities for plan and unplanned systems 6 Good knowledge on patching Linux servers 7 Coordinate with various groups and perform trouble
Technical Experience : Linux AWS Azure GCP Great to have: HEC experience
Professional Attributes : Good communication skills Good troubleshooting skills Good client handling skills during outage calls Ready to work in 24×7 shift
