Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Good Knowledge on Linux Files permission, 2 Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check 3 Experience on incident, change and problem management process 4 Good Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux, Disk allocation, LVM , Multipathing, OS Hardening, performance tuning, OS Patching 5 SUSE/Redhat cluster management

Technical Experience : 1 Technical Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of Linux Server Admin Experience 2 Experience must have been gained in a production environment 3 Good to have knowledge on Cloud Architecture
