Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : Liaising with the customer technical representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Mange the incidents, infra structure changes problem for Windows servers

Technical Experience : -Good hands-on experience on Vmware Virtualization -Deep technical knowledge in VMware virtualization version 5x or 6x Troubleshooting skills analytical skills in VMware virtualization

Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
