Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : 1 New tools implementation and configuring for monitoring 2 Working on Zenoss 5x and 6x versions 3 Everyday activities like servers commission/decommission, maintenance windows, threshold changes 4 Troubleshooting the Zenoss monitoring application related issues 5 Serviced/Docker thin pool issues 6 Upgrading Zenoss version 7 Doing trap integration and API 8 Monitoring of windows/Linux/network, Storage servers in zenoss tools 9 Suppress the alerts on client requirement in Zenoss tool
Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of networking concepts, Cloud monitoring, Database monitoring, OS monitoring ,Virtualization 2 Monitoring using, SNMP, WMI and WINRM,API 3 Experience in installing new patches and report generation in tool 4 Devices servers audit in Zenoss to check availability/Performance monitoring
