AccSource KPO Pvt Ltd Hiring for Training Manager – Accounting at India Full Time

Job Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Job Timings: 7am to 4pm

Package: 6.5 to 7 LPA

Experience: 4 to 10 years

• To train our team members and new joiners on accounting function (day-to-day bookkeeping function and finalisation of accounts).
• Train employees on accounting softwares (Tally, Quickbooks, Xero and other accounting softwares).
• Plan training programs based on accounting function and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee learning activities, curriculum, and resources
• Evaluate the results of learning courses.
• Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individual
• Conduct and effectively delivering training sessions to the team members in small groups.
• Utilize practical knowledge of accounting function and financial reporting processes.
• Accounting Education – Classroom, online and on the Job training, Training Materials, inclusive of new training methods, job aids, facilitator and tutorials, and demonstration models.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹650,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
