Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
Develop account reconciliations, journal entries, data compilation and analyses ensuring
accuracy and timely delivery.
Tax reporting and inventory processing
Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly
estimates
Advising on estimates for project funding
Creating KPI reports
Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
Conducting internal audits such as wage reviews
Examining financial records to check for accuracy
Managing and training team members when necessary
Conduct reviews of systems, processes and internal controls.
Efficient in Payroll processing
Tax audits, filing of returns, department correspondence
Computation of Advance Tax, GST & other statutory liabilities
Preparation of financial statements -Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements. (IGAAP
& IND-AS)
Design and implement solutions to identify, assess and improve risk management capabilities.
Assist clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational and strategic risk.
Provide recommendations to clients for improvement or remediation and draft reports on key
issues.
Desired Profile: Qualified CA
Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification preferably internal audit, consulting or advisory
firms.
An analytical mind
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Proven experience in the field of financial reporting and Compliance.
Must be able to evaluate, file, compile, and present various reports.
Advanced knowledge of tally and excel
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
