The Senior Software Engineer plays a key role within each phase of the software development lifecycle. This individual will work cross functionally with the company’s product management, infrastructure, security, and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions and build a world-class Integrations platform to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demands.

Responsibilities

• Work with team leads & other engineers to document, design and implement solutions to meet clients’ needs

• Develop and maintain back-end, service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finish.

• Work with Product Owners to ensure project requirements are well defined

• Work with Quality Assurance teams to ensure developed code meets requirements

• Support build and deployments.

• Integration/enterprise testing.

• Applications support/troubleshooting within a UAT/Production environments.

• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and process

Requirements, Skills, and Education

• Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• Web Service development experience using the following technologies:

• .Net Core, .NET Standard using C# or Visual Basic

• SQL Server or equivalent

• REST and SOAP

• JSON and XML

• Deep familiarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks.

• Experience developing enterprise integrations systems.

• Code, Build and Deploy Tools such as Jenkins.

• Solid understanding of Agile or SCRUM development process and software release processes.

• Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
