The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in dealing with international clients and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team. They should also be willing to unlearn and learn new concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and onboard employees and ensure that recruitment is 100%
• Able to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions.
• Address employee and client concerns proactively
• Assist the payroll department during payruns
• Able to handle end-to-end operations of the sites assigned to you

Required skills and qualifications:

• Two or more years of proven success in an Operations/HR role
• Strong communication, situational awareness, and organizational agility skills
• Excellent ability to communicate with an international clientele
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Aptitude for learning new applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
• Experience in the facilities/service industry is a plus

This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5pm UK time. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
