Experienced Travel personal having a decent experience of 10-12 years in the travel industry, especially from the customer care of any online travel agency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To Manage the team of B2C projects
- Delegating tasks to the team members
- Monitoring the team’s performance
- Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
- Helping with training and development
- Completing paperwork (yes, there’s always admin to do)
- Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
- Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
- Handling the CRM and other tools
- Coordinating with the branches / product heads to get the sale completed.
- More on the sales side than on operation would be preferred.
Sr. Travel Experts / Jr Travel Experts
A person with a travel background especially from the customer care / online portals with an experience of 2-5 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls / queries in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the clients
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers; keep record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments in the CRM
- Convert the queries into sales.
- Liaising with the respective branches / product heads to complete the sale.
- Follow up with the respective teams for the update of the query.
- Convert the query into sales by themselves using their tools.
- Adhering to the Turnaround time given.
