Acme Services Hiring for AR Caller at Mumbai Full Time

The employee will be thoroughly trained and will need to show that He/She can meet the requirements of the position. Requirements are as follows but are not limited to:
· Exceptional professionalism
· Exceptional organization skills
· Effectively and efficiently communicate with patients and office staff
· Answer all incoming calls regarding billing questions/concerns
· Have knowledge of all major payers
· Stay current with all major payer billing guidelines and rules
· Send claims to payers on a daily basis
· Collections-outstanding patient balances
· Able to multitask
· Work and resolve payer denials
· Appeal claims as needed
· Communicate billing/collection issues with management
· Post insurance payments and ensure that payments are according to practice contracted rates
· Conduct training/mentoring for additional billing staff members
· Maintain patient privacy and conduct all business regarding patient information in a HIPAA compliant manner
· Maintain active high-speed internet and phone coverage at all times
· Own a personal computer or laptop with a functioning web cam and microphone
· Be accessible to employer via email or phone at all times unless employer is notified of inaccessibility ahead of time.
· Keep workspace clear of distractions including but not limited to: loud noises, children, road noise/traffic, animals, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
