Roles And Responsibilities
- Experience in the shipping line, international forwarding, CFS or manufacturing industry in the HR & Admin department.
- Candidate is responsible for implementing policies and procedures to create a healthy and efficient work environment.
- Experience in HR Generalist profile i.e. Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management Systems, Labor Laws and Industrial Relations, Liasoning with Government officials and any other, if required, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment is maintained.
- Preferably, well-versed in compliance.
- Candidate to be excellent in both verbal & written communication skills
