Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officersReceiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mailAssisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databasesConferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receiptsEnsure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as neededCreating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as neededOffer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spacesAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officersJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
