Job Description:
1) To look after all Admission/Discharge process of patients.
1) To look after all Admission/Discharge process of patients.
2) Handling patient billing queries as well as any other queries.
3) Handling all type of counselling of patient/relative.
4) Taking ICU/General Ward rounds for patient query regarding surgery etc.
5) Patient HRCT, surgical reference and fitness to be done.
6) Lead calling on mobile (Whatsapp) of patients.
7) Supervising Housekeeping Supervisor and patient care staff (Ward boys, Aaya Bai).
8) Line-up patient for admission
