Responsibilities
Order management for Marketplaces
Data analysis withing deadline
Responding to all reviews posted by consumers to the marketplaces, escalating any issues that may require further investigation and resolution
Deploy trading and promotional plans to drive sales
Report weekly/monthly on key performance indicators and trade performance ensuring actions can be taken to drive conversion and sales opportunities
Skills
Strong Computer Skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in E-Commerce (Is not must but would be bonus)
Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Customer service (Preferred)
Organized and efficient worker with excellent problem-solving abilities
Able to multi-task with diligent prioritisation of tasks
