ACS Logistics Pvt Ltd Hiring for Accounts Payable Clerk at New Delhi Full Time

Summary

The Accounts Payable/Driver Payroll Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of driver and owner operator payroll, vendor invoices payments, government taxes remittances, company credit cards, and other various clerical and accounting tasks as assigned.

Shift: Night (5:00 pm to 1:30 am)

Job Duties

• Follow procedures to process vendor invoices and payments
• Review credit card statements, get approval on credit card transactions and process payments
• Prepare cheques for government remittance including, GST/HST
• Review bank transactions and process bank rec for small inter companies
• Process Driver payroll, review trip sheets and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements, check system record to determine month end accruals and close A/P within deadline
• Review AP aging report and analyze.
• Adhere to all policies and follow established procedures.
• Other AP and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MUST have B.Com or M.Com degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in accounting field is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of clerical accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook required – Knowledge of Sage 300 is an asset
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills must
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and analytical skill
• Work well both independently and in a team
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbal and written
