JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the COO, HR Head & F&A Head is responsible for EA to COO and F&A activities of Head office.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: · Any graduation or equivalent· At least 1 – 3 years of experience· Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: · Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Decision-making· The ability to lead and manage teams and projects· Team work (Team player)· Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture· Commercial awareness· Customer service· Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload· A good knowledge of Ms OfficeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · EA to Chief operating officer – COO· Leadership team support· Event management support across functions / company· Travel & Accommodation management· Ensuring standard facilities are available all the times at HO buildings· Managing budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness· Drafting reports and making written recommendations· Partnering with HR for organisational level events· Managing MIS of F&A of TS Business· Utmost priority to safety related activities· Support & Coordination for F&A related works across businessJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
