Job Description:

· Generating automobile spare part requirements from Garages / Retailers. (Through calls and field visits)

· B2C Direct Sales

· Deal closing ability- right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.

· Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentive + variable payments.

· Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth.

Candidate Profile:

· Knowledge and experience in product sales and field sales are a must.

· Experience must in Part Sales/ Retail Channel Sales/ Garage Sales or from any industry

· Must be able to achieve monthly value-based targets.

· Follow up on potential Leads.

· Must be ready to travel 5 days a week.

· Convincing Skills, Confident and good communication

· Qualification- Any Graduate

· Age Limit- mini 22 to maxi 28yrs

· Languages Known- Marathi and Hindi
