Action Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd Hiring for DEO (Data Entry Operator) at New Delhi Full Time

Requirement:

1. College degree and above;

2. Skillful in computer operations; especially Microsoft excels handling;

3. Basic knowledge of N/S system operation or other similar system operations; System warehouse fulfillment/invoicing experience would be a great plus;

4. Good communicative/ coordination skills with Indian office, packing team and also with the China Sales team when necessary;

Job responsibility;

1. Daily fulfilment, invoicing from NS system and generate the shipping documents (Pick-up list, COA, Invoice, packing list, SDS, NON-DG declaration, etc.) to the packing team correctly and timely;

2. Dealing with the feedback from packers for variances (system and actual stock) and revise them in system to give the correct paperwork (packing list, invoice, etc.) 3. Coordinate with China sales team when necessary like fulfilment, customer shipping materials cross-checking, etc. when necessary;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,759.38 – ₹20,000.53 per month
