Role overview
As Administration assistant, you will offer assistance to the Director and the ‘Finance and Operations Manager’ in addition to providing support to Sales & Marketing. The candidate will work from his/her home, which should ideally be in Mumbai so they can visit once a fortnight.
A genuine interest in business and enthusiasm for learning are required for this role. This is a responsible position which carries a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
The ideal Office Administrator must be a conscientious, accurate and energetic individual as they will be working alongside management at all levels up to the directors.
What is the working environment like?
We offer flexibility around the hours (25 hours/week) that you work and believe in giving regular trainings through webinars and full day workshops related to the job. We will give enough opportunity to the candidate to work independently.
We will agree on monthly deliverables, so the candidate very well knows his/her task for the month.
