Job Summary

:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

:
1. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
2. Create, execute, and maintain detailed and well-structured test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
3. Identify, document, and track issues/bugs using bug tracking tools.
4. Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
5. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
6. Analyse test results, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to enhance application quality.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing activities.
8. Ensure compliance with established quality standards and processes throughout the development lifecycle.
9. Provide support during production deployments to ensure smooth transitions.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in manual testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manual testing.
3. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
4. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
6. Basic understanding of SQL queries to validate and verify data in databases.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹14,649.18 – ₹65,833.15 per month
