Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant

Proficient at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable

Strong problem solving abilities and analytical thinking skills and adept at synthesizing information to generate insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly motivated, ambitious, flexible and willingness to work hard

Responsibilities

Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, among other industries and preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analysing different business & financial models in a particular industry

Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth secondary research

Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc.

Valuation analysis through income method and multiples driven technique (Relative Valuation analysis)

Supporting our clients on financial modelling assignments and to develop results[1]driven strategies, including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth primary and secondary research

Contribute towards managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”

Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
