Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced AVP Investment Banking who would be responsible for the overall transition from sourcing to execution. Candidate must have exposure in M&A, investment banking, capital raising, financial planning, and analysis. 

This role will require strong industry knowledge, market mapping, financials, and pitch the clients for fundraising

·      Investment Banker (Corporate Client Acquisitions)

·      To handle buy side and sale side mandate of unlisted and listed Corporate

·      Your services would include travelling and meeting the corporates and sourcing the mandates PAN India and meeting the investors and closing funds raising

·      PAN India. You shall also have one Associate VP for sourcing the mandate and one associate investor relation.

Key Requirements:

·      Master’s degree in Finance/ CA/ CFA

·      5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking in a leading banking firms or a growing startups

·      Excellent communication, business writing and research skills

·      High levels of energy enthusiasm, commitment and productivity, Proactive, effective influencer, result oriented.
