Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.Arrange & Coordinate for corporate & media events to take place inside & outside of the work place, such as staff meetings & media face offs.Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentiality.Develop and sustain a level of professionalism, while dealing with stakeholders or organizers etc.Taking or Jotting Down the minutes of meeting.Any other work which comes under the capacity of a CA.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management or any Senior Level Corporate position.Good Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to draft required and important letters.Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of dutiesStrong organizational acumen and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Friendly and professional demeanor.Job Location- Okhla Phase-2, New DelhiJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Remotely:No
