Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various airport departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze real-time data to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Respond effectively to operational challenges and emergencies to minimize impact on airport operations.
- Collaborate with airlines, ground handling agencies, and other stakeholders to optimize ground activities and enhance passenger services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the AOCC.
- Utilize airport management systems and software to track and manage various operational parameters.
- Support the AOCC Manager in daily operations and special projects as required.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the airports industry
