Responsibilities Discussion with Lenders and finalization of Term Sheet with Lenders Discussion with Lawyers and Finalisation of Financing Documents Submission of required information and details to Lenders Credit rating and submission of Business and strategy to Rating Agencies ( International and Domestic) Preparing Financial and Business Strategy CP and CS compliance and Regular Monitoring of Financing MIS Preparation of Capital Management Plan and Financial Model Understanding of Business and making various value added proposal and Presentation to Higher Management and Lenders Coordination with various internal and external stakeholder to ensure discharging Financial proposal and requirement of Management Preparation of Financial Model and regular updation of Model in line of Business requirement Understanding of Business and Lenders and assuring the same in financial model Preparation of various Financial presentation and strategy presentation in Power Point Preparation of Rating… and other Business strategy and presentation.
