Job Title: Voice & Accent Coach – Level 4

Reports To (Title): Training Manager

Job Location: Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a voice & accent coach to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in to improve voice competencies for US insurance contact center. The role supports day to day training needs of the process through regular analysis, call monitoring, coaching, instructor-led training and administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

 Floor Coaching

 Instructor-Led classroom training

 Stakeholder management

 Content Development

 Training need analysis

 Training evaluation

 Creation, Implementation and execution of training plan

 Creation of daily, weekly, monthly reports

 Creation of review dashboards

 Expert in Domain (Communication, Culture, Language)

 Delivery Skills

 Coaching Skills

 MS Office

 People Management

 Content Development

 Expert understanding of training procedures (TNA, Planning, Delivery, Content Development and Evaluation of training.
