Raviraj HiTech Pvt. Ltd Hiring for Design & Development Engineer at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

• Candidate with an Experience of 2 to 4 Years and familiar with Basic Engineering knowledge.
• Must have good knowledge in Solid Works & Auto CAD software.
• Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, DFMEA is preferred.
• He will be responsible for the Drawing preparation using Solid Works Design Software & Auto CAD.
• Knowledge in New Product Development using Customer input and developing products through Reverse Engineering concepts, product life cycle testing, design development activities.
• Should have knowledge of designing / detailing assemblies and sub – assemblies of Products.
• knowledge in preparation of layouts, assembly drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings with necessary GD & T, preparation of Bill material, maintenance of ECN, Drawing Revisions and Change level maintenance.
• Technical co-ordination with other functional departments like production, purchase, and marketing
• Maintenance of design and development documents as per ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 QMS is must.
• Participating in CFT meetings, maintaining committed timelines and project files
• Studying existing Products, processes and implementing improvements.
• Create and update database of design records for future reference purposes.
• Perform other design, New product Development duties as required

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• BE Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering qualifications with 2-4 years experience in Automotive industry is preferred.
• Must have good knowledge in Solid Works & Auto CAD software.
• Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, DFMEA is preferred.
• Sound Understanding in GD&T in Customer Drawings.
• Candidates working in Electromechanical, Electrical and Electronics based product development area are preferred.
• More specifically Candidates working in Pneumatic and Automobile Sectors will be preferred.
• Candidate shall be creative, highly detail oriented and organised.
• Candidates from MSME units with strong desire to learn and grow with the organisation are preferred.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
