Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 15 years of experience in an engineering and/or technical program management role.

• Experience leading a team of Program Managers and Technical Program Managers.

• Experience working with and managing programs across global development organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with solving complex system issues and technical innovation.

• Experience with organizational change management and aligning stakeholders.

• Experience aligning stakeholders on large-scale initiatives.

• Excellent technical acumen.

As a Lead Program Manager, you will lead complex and multi-disciplinary engineering projects/teams. In this role, you will focus on a flexible service-oriented architecture to create innovative new experiences.

• Partner with and guide software engineering teams to initiate, plan, execute, and launch highly scalable software platforms.

• Guide engineering teams to identify, scope, and prioritize tasks to achieve project objectives.

• Define and streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and suggest tooling for efficiencies.

• Manage a local team of Program Managers and Technical Program Managers.
