• Supervise and monitor all flows (Passenger, Baggage and Information) pertinent to his/her allocation.
• Anticipate any bottlenecks in the flows relevant to the allocation and take measures as per SOP to prevent it from resulting into a congestion.
• Anticipate conflicts in passenger flow and take measures to mitigate the risk or manage the flows to ensure that conflict is prevented.
• Coordinate with various GIAL departments, and service partners to ensure all airport fixed resources are available and all infrastructure is maintained as per laid down standards.
• Monitor and assist to ensure that there is no hinderance to terminal operations and passenger experience during events, promotions and situations.
• Coordinate with concerned agencies to organize operations within the PTB.
• Monitoring the works being carried out in the PTB and ensuring that the conditions mentioned in the PERCOW are strictly adhered to and deviations are brought to the notice of Terminal Manager.
• Ensure performance of roles as defined in various contingency plans of GIAL.
• Identify and highlight any additional fixed resource requirement.
• Carry out inspections of the areas under his/her jurisdiction at least twice per shift and fill up the relevant checklists.
• Assist the DTM in preparation of MIS.
• Record all events, incidents and accidents in the relevant log book.
• Lead the implementation of ASQ action plan in real time.
• Take all actions as detailed in relevant SOPs.

Qualifications

Qualification: Graduate from reputed university preferably MBA

Experience: 6- 12 years in Aviation industry
