• Develop and implement comprehensive physical security strategies and protocols for the manufacturing facilities
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure effective security operations
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into overall business operations
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific security regulations and standards
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and response protocols
• Investigate and report security incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain relationships with external law enforcement and emergency response agencies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical security management

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on physical security management
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing security protocols and procedures
• Proven track record of leading and supervising security teams
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of industry-specific security requirements and regulations

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
