• Planning & project execution, monitoring progress, reviewing contracts, quantity survey, variation of works, making & verification of contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
• Developed project baselines; monitored, controlled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality & safety compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
• Planning Material and resources including deployment of manpower.
• Liaisoning with Government officials, Politicians and Local people for obtaining statutory clearances and approvals.
• Directing construction operations involving leading procurement (tendering / biding, estimations, techno-commercial evaluation & contract negotiation), inviting quotation, conducting codes analysis of rates & stacking / storing raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Lead & monitor various project activities such as concreting & excavation of various components of Hydro/PSP project like Powerhouse, Transformer Cavern. Surge shaft/gallery, Tunnels, dam, Coffer Dam, Spillways & stilling basin, Heavy Reinforcement Works & Associated Form Works.
• Forwarded change requests for updating the project management plan.

Qualifications

• B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Postgraduate in project management/construction management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Hydro/PSP projects with expertise in underground/open works from inception to commissioning.
