Job Summary

Responsible for Regional Supplier & Delivery related activities on behalf of People Services, GBS. Working in collaboration across the global People Services team become the subject matter expert on all vendor related activity in region to include management of supplier relationships, supplier performance management, financial controls, cost governance and oversight and control of commercial / finance recharging mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep commercial understanding of contracts for key suppliers servicing People Services including cost and expected delivery standards. Build a framework to ensure delivery is monitored and managed to expected standards.
• Maintain and administer finance processes throughout the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle including accurate internal allocation of cost within Rolls Royce.
• Understand supplier contract and commercials, ensuring correct charges are applied, challenge is raised with suppliers where necessary, and queries from business on cost model are answered effectively.
• Manage the purchase order lifecycle including cost governance and invoice audit vs. contract, including accurate submission through RR approval systems providing clear and concise justification for spend.
• Understand and manage predicted volumes of transactional invoices and include this logic in justifications and work with internal finance teams to monitor cross charging across Rolls Royce to ensure Talent Acquisition cost center charges are correctly allocated on a timely basis.
• Support divisional finance teams to audit costs and charges where required and Co-ordinate with Suppliers for Vendor onboarding and documentation.
• Manage governance on Singapore Training grants process and ensure that Rolls-Royce receives government benefits & subsidies per the established process. In addition, review and monitor the need to propose improvements in the processes if required.

Qualification & Job Skills

• Proven experience in vendor management ideally with HR / People related suppliers.
• Proficient in Excel and ideally Power BI reporting. Should have exposure / working knowledge with stakeholders in different countries in Asia Pac region.
• Working knowledge and experience of SAP modules / similar procurement tools to request PR / POs, managing SES, receipting etc.
• Strong communication skills – written & oral.
• Good organization skills – be able to prioritize & manage multiple tasks.
