Purpose of the Position

To provide complete technical support to maintain the equipment health and ensure 100% availability of equipment for module manufacturing. Responsible for m/c modification and m/c design like SPM, Spare parts development locally.

Role & Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulic and automation lines and other systems.
• Responsible for handling day-to-day breakdowns.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain 5S in work areas.
• Perform the scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Knowledge of MS office Knowledge of ISO system and SAP System.
• Knowledge of vacuums pumps and maintenance no limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Knowledge of spare part handling and data recording.
• Developing key systems and procedures (SOPs) leading to optimization of Machines break down.
• Develop the team working under him and provide technical support to production team.
