1. Analyzing the frequent problems coming in shift and prepare the plan for short
form solution/ long term solution.
2. Quick response to emergencies.
3. Ensure timely light up of units after S/D and overhauls.
4. Ensure calibration of the instruments as per P.M Schedule.
5. Review of P.M schedule time to time.
6. Knowledge sharing with subordinates.
7. Timely & proper feedback to superior.
8. Development of non-execution staff.
9. Ensure for Proper permit before start JOB (Safety).
10. Perform the maintenance as per SOP/SMP.
11. Prepare and modify the SOP/SMP as per need.
12. Ensure availability of DCS/DEH System.
13. Ensure availability of firing system.
14. Ensure all Protections are in service.
15. Avoid repetition of Problems.
16. Ensure availability of DCS/DEH System.
17. Ensure all Protections are in service.
18. Avoid repetition of Problems.
19. Ensure availability of auto Loops.
20.Timely calibration of instruments.
21. Availability of spare.
22.Back up of DCS/PLC/HMI, & other C&I systems.
