1. To run and maintain the CHP with optimum load and efficiency to
achieve to support generation. Run and maintain all CHP Equipment
and, fire and dust suppression systems. & man power planning.
2. Seasonal plan preparation & Implementation.
3. Stack yard (FIFO)& all CHP drains management in all seasons
4. Implement best practises in operation.
5. Check the defects and follow up work order and pursue permits
6. Handle different emergencies in a Coal Handling Plant (CHP).
7. Maintain high standards of safety
8. Coordination with fuel management team
9. Coal compaction, churning & water sprinkling monitoring
10. Monitoring of fugitive emission and dust separation system
11. Monitoring and regular trial for healthiness of firefighting /
detection system
12. Ensuring the full compliance of PTW system
13. Ensuring compliance of DISHA process
14. Ensuring safety of people and equipment
15. Compliance of environmental parameters
16. Optimization of APC & BUF
17. Monitoring of performance of equipment
