Required Maintenance Manager with 8-12yrs of experience in Agrochemical Company (Must be from Agrochemical Industry); Location: Samba, Jammu & Kashmir.

A Leading Business House into Automobiles, Finance, Construction is venturing into Agrochemical Formulations having their Head Office at New Delhi.

Day to day responsibilities include:

1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

2. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

3. Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.

4. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

5. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)

6. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

7. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

8. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
